Founded in 1868, J.R. Williams is today one of the leading shipping agencies in Uruguay attending all manner of ships and their operations. Our offices are located in the port district of Montevideo with easy access to the financial district. The share capital is 100% Uruguayan owned with Mr. Ronald Cooper being the principal shareholder and President of the Board. Other Directors are Robin Cooper and Andrew Cooper.

Total staff employed are 18 with the active participation in the day to day operations of all the Directors. Key personnel are fluent in English and all staff can be reached individually or collectively by email through our on line email server.
