The Board of Directors of J.R. Williams recognizes that quality management is of critical importance in order to be able to satisfy the needs and requirements of our clients. The Board of Directors is committed to maintaining a certified Quality Assurance System within the company and initiated this effort in 2001, resulting in the obtention of the ISO 9001/2000 certification in July 2003.
